Brittany Bowman, O.D., M.S.  completed her undergraduate studies at Tufts University with a B.S. in Biology. There she was a Cross Country, Indoor and Outdoor Track and Field Team Captain.  Dr. Bowman received her Master of Science in Vision Science and her Doctor of Optometry degree from the New England College of Optometry in Boston, Massachusetts. She completed a residency at Georgia Eye Partners in Atlanta, GA with an emphasis on anterior segment, glaucoma, and surgical co-management. Dr. Bowman has received multiple Optometric Awards including the New England College of Optometry Faculty Scholarship Award. She is published in several abstracts and presentations and remains active in research in glaucoma.

At Opthalmic Consultants of Vermont, Dr. Bowman provides pre and postoperative care in collaboration with the surgeons at Ophthalmic Consultants of Vermont as well as managing medical eye diseases such as glaucoma, corneal conditions and comprehensive eyecare.  In her free time, Dr. Bowman enjoys running, skiing, hiking, and spending time with her family.
